porn: poached eggs & steamed veggies

Every day, usually for second breakfast, this one steams veggies (broccoli + some other low-calorie treat like cauliflower or carrots, usually spiced) then adds three poached, each one mixed with 1 tsp of hemp seed (gives them an “earthy/nutty” taste plus adds omega-3 unsatfats & moar protons) and one or more random spices/etc. Once ma’hab added several drops of flavored liquid stevia (eg pumpkin pie spice, apricot nectar, vanilla cream) which worked quite well.

  1. Broccoli + cauliflower, liberally sprinkled with sesame seeds.
  2. Right egg with garlic powder & dill weed, okay.

  3. Middle egg with cayenne pepper & ginger powder, meh.

  4. Left egg with onion powder & cream of tartar, YES!
