weal and woe: why ma’hab chooses cycling and contacts

In this one’s perspective, all the issues of dealing with contacts as opposed to the relative ease of wearing contacts, do not outweigh the benefits.

In other words: the woe of contacts, is less than its weal.

The weal of glasses, is less than the weal of contacts.

Likewise, the weal of biking makes it a natural choice over cars, and all the woe that would entail. The weal of driving might override the weal of biking, but the sum total of driving’s woe makes it a deal-breaker as opposed to biking.

This one is a live-alone, full-time burger-flipper with an odd mind and too much to say. ma'hab always tries the best ma'hab can to keep up: • Chores • Bodybuilding and other health-nuttery • Japanese language studies • Culinary experimentation (see “other health-nuttery”) • Exploration of newfound spiritual territory • Exploration of my Self • Figuring out how to socialize well enough, mostly face-to-face • Backlogs: books, heavy metal, anime • Blogging, chatting, texting, and talking to whomever will listen about all of the above

  1. driving is a lot less time consuming & opens your boundaries to a wider world. Yes it costs more, but ur not stuck in a limited geographical area (ok I’ll not preach LMAO)
