To help deal with my illness from my week-long bout with insomnia (seems when this happens*, my immune system gets compromised; normally I never get sick!) I have just about tripled my intake of oatmeal, skim milk, and peanut butter — when sick, the last thing you want to do is stop eating, no matter how much your stomach protests via many flip-flaps.
Working quite well! I might not even need to pick up immodium on the way to work.
